Shipping

Every order ships from our workshop in Hong Kong. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing time

In-stock items are packed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Made-to-order items — cosplay costumes, helmets and props built after your order comes in — take longer, and the processing time is shown on the product page. If you need something by a specific date, email us before ordering and we’ll tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, typical delivery is 7–15 business days to the US, UK, Europe and Australia. Remote areas, customs checks and peak seasons can add time. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating while the parcel leaves Hong Kong — that’s normal, and it doesn’t mean anything is lost.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your own country. Any such charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Wrong address, or a parcel that hasn’t moved

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only change it before dispatch. If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, email us and we’ll chase the carrier and make it right.
