Terms of Service

This website is operated by Lion Rock Toys ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

1. Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to breach any law or regulation in your jurisdiction, or to transmit any malicious code or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to display our products accurately, including colours, materials and dimensions. Screens vary, and small variations in colour, finish and measurement are normal on collectibles, costumes and props. Measurements given for costumes and wearables are approximate and may vary slightly between production runs.

Items described as made to order are produced after your order is placed. Production times are shown on the product page. Prices, product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice, and we may limit or discontinue any product.

3. Fan-inspired products, names and trademarks

Our products are independent collectibles, replicas and costumes. Character names, titles, franchises and trademarks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively, to identify the style or subject of an item. Unless we say otherwise in writing, our products are not official, licensed, sponsored or endorsed by, or affiliated with, any rights holder.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an order appears to be placed for commercial resale, or where a product or price has been listed in error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

By providing payment information you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery times shown are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, but if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we will work with the carrier and make it right, as set out in our Shipping and Refund policies.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, and for any import duties or taxes charged by your own country.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Reviews, comments and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, ideas or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that material in connection with our store. You confirm the material is yours to share and is not unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may edit or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are under no obligation to keep submissions confidential.

8. Accuracy and errors

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Where a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and you access them at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated by us or required by the mandatory consumer laws that apply to you, our products and this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion Rock Toys, its owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item concerned.

Wearable props, helmets and costumes are intended for costume, display and collector use. They are not safety equipment, not protective gear, and not toys for young children unless the product page says so. Please use common sense: do not wear items that restrict your vision while driving, cycling or operating machinery.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lion Rock Toys and its staff from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Termination and severability

We may terminate your access to the site at any time if you breach these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
